Your balance updates in real time as you deposit, play, or cash out. We display your account status (Active, Pending Verification, or Restricted) so you always know where you stand. If your account is pending verification, we'll guide you through the steps needed to unlock full access.
Dashboard sections explained
The top card shows your current balance and account status. Below that, you'll see your last five transactions — deposits, withdrawals, and game plays — with timestamps and amounts. Tap any transaction to see full details.
The menu bar at the bottom (or side, on larger screens) links to Account Settings, Payment Methods, Deposit, Withdraw, and Help. Each section is one tap away, so you never dig through nested menus.
Deposit methods and verification flow
We accept six e-wallet options and four bank transfer methods. When you tap Deposit, we show you all available payment routes. Choose the one you use most often — DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet for instant mobile payments; mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet for virtual-account transfers.
After you select a payment method, we ask you to enter the amount you want to add. We do not set a fixed minimum or maximum — you control the size of each deposit. Once you confirm, we generate a payment link or virtual-account number. Complete the payment in your e-wallet or banking app, and your balance updates within seconds.
Our verification process protects your account and ensures smooth withdrawals. We ask for your name, ID number, and phone number — all encrypted and stored securely.
On your first deposit, we may ask you to verify your identity. This is a one-time step that unlocks full access to withdrawals and higher account preferences. We ask for your full name, national ID number, and phone number. The process takes two to three minutes, and we confirm your status immediately.
Payment methods and linked accounts
In Account Settings, you can add, edit, or remove payment methods. We store your mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment details securely so you don't re-enter them every time. For bank transfers, we generate a unique virtual-account number for each deposit — you don't need to save anything.
To add a new e-wallet, tap "Add Payment Method," select the provider, and follow the link to authorize fanta. We use industry-standard encryption, so your credentials never pass through our servers unencrypted. Once linked, the method appears in your Deposit menu for future use.



Withdrawal process and account limits
To withdraw, tap the Withdraw button on your dashboard. We show your available balance and ask you to select a payment method. Choose the same e-wallet or bank account you used to deposit — we send your cash back to the original source for security.
Enter the amount you want to cash out. We process your request immediately and send the funds to your payment method. E-wallet withdrawals typically arrive within minutes; bank transfers may take one to two business hours depending on your bank's processing window.

Transaction history and account statements
Your Transaction History page lists every deposit, withdrawal, and game play on your fanta account. Each entry shows the date, time, amount, payment method, and status (Completed, Pending, or Failed). Tap any transaction to see full details, including reference numbers and confirmation codes.
We keep your full transaction history available for download. This is useful for personal record-keeping or if you need to dispute a charge with your bank or e-wallet provider. Export your statement as a PDF or CSV file from Account Settings.
Profile and security settings
In your Profile section, you can update your name, phone number, email, and date of birth. We use this information to verify your identity and send you account notifications. Keep your phone number current so we can reach you if we detect unusual activity.
Your Security settings let you change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and review active login sessions. We recommend changing your password every three months and logging out of sessions you no longer use. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
Keeping your account safe
Use a strong password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your login details with anyone, and do not use the same password across multiple sites.
Enable two-factor authentication if you play from multiple devices or locations. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your phone when you log in from a new device.
Troubleshooting common account issues
If your deposit does not appear in your balance, check your Transaction History first. Look for a "Pending" status — this means we received your payment but are waiting for confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. Pending deposits usually complete within subject to verification.
If a deposit shows "Failed," the payment did not go through. Common reasons include insufficient funds, network interruption, or a declined card. Try again with a different payment method or contact your bank to confirm the transaction was not blocked.
If you cannot log in, reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We send a reset link to your email. Account verification and document upload
We may ask you to upload a copy of your national ID or passport to verify your identity. This is a standard security measure that protects both you and fanta. Upload a clear photo of the front and back of your ID through the Verification section in Account Settings.
We review documents within one business day. Once approved, your account is fully verified and you can deposit and withdraw without limits. If your document is unclear or incomplete, we'll ask you to resubmit.
Account closure and data retention
If you want to close your fanta account, go to Account Settings and tap "Close Account." We ask you to withdraw any remaining balance first. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, but we retain your transaction history for legal and compliance purposes.
Our services are available only where local law permits. If you are in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, we cannot provide access to fanta. You are responsible for verifying that your use of fanta complies with your local laws.
